The Fargo 44271 refillable starter cartridge includes a YMCKOK color ribbon, a cleaning roller and a plastic ribbon cartridge that can be refilled with a refill ribbon.

The Fargo 44271 starter cartridge is economical and Earth-friendly; rather than throwing away the plastic ribbon cartridge, re-use the cartridge by loading it with a 44225 YMCKOK replacement ribbon.

The replacement ribbon comes with a cleaning roller and is easy to install--just snap the ribbon and cleaning roller into the reusable cartridge.
