Asure ID 2009 Exchange is the ID card software needed for the sophisticated card application that operates over a corporate network. Asure ID Exchange 2009 provides advanced smart card functionality with the iDIRECTOR encoding and management module. Asure ID Exchange 2009 also offers real-time connectivity and data exchange (with multiple databases, multiple sheets) with a wide range of databases—including Oracle, MySQL, LDAP and DVTel.

Enhanced from its previous version, Asure ID Exchange 2009 offers a user-centric interface that all users will appreciate. It is also brimming with intuitive card design tools, a configurable data entry center, and batch and sheet printing abilities.

A fresh, intuitive interface. If you're familiar with the latest Microsoft Office version, Asure ID Exchange 2009 is especially easy to use because it's based on the Microsoft Ribbon look and feel. Its researched and user-tested interface features a fluent, tabbed toolbar with tasks and commands organized into logical groups, and fly-out control palettes that simplify the workspace. Properties dialog boxes put object attributes (e.g., alignment, font size, etc.) into a set-then-dismiss window, and the what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) display shows exactly how your card will look when printed.

The up-to-date arrangement keeps everything you need within easy reach or just a couple of clicks away. Asure ID Exchange 2009 is an easy, economical ID card software choice because you're training someone on a new application with an interface they're already familiar with.

Asure ID Exchange demystifies SQL queries so that you can easily build and save complex database filters that you often use. Creating conditional design and print rules is also easy. Your design objects can be set up to print only when certain database conditions are met. For example, you can set up a condition to print a green bar on the system administrator's badge that has complete access rights to the server room.
