Box of 500 CR80 30 white graphic-quality PVC cards.
CR80 30 mil PVC cards are ideal for printing cards on most direct-to-card printers. CR80 PVC cards are the standard, most commonly used plastic card size. Measuring 3.375'' x 2.125'', CR8030 cards are the same size and thickness as a credit card. CR80 30 mil PVC cards are also known as CR8030 or CR80.030 cards.
Packages in five shrink-wrapped packs of 100, for a total of 500 blank CR80 cards, these cards are graphic-quality and are vision inspected.

The image printed fine on the card, but did not pass through our machine (jammed at the end). Called up the rep for a refund and it turns out that paper back adhesive card are no good for our DTC4000 badge printers because the rollers does not have the traction to roll it through the machine. I had no issue with my previous cards (different vendor), which were also paper back, but just thicker. Dont make the same mistake I did, buy in small quantity to test out first. No refund once it is opened.

We orderd ID Badges, and explained exactly what we needed. The Customer Service rep assured that they had it in stock. When I receive it, and even try to print on the ID Badges, I notice that it was NOT the right product. I have called SEVERAL TIMES to get this straight, but to no avail. However, a RMA label was sent to return the product, but found out I had to PAY FOR THE LABEL. I''m at a loss and am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. I would like this to be resolved.

We use these to print respirator fit testing cards so employees can have them in their wallets and prove they were fit tested for OSHA compliance. These work great, we've used them for years. One surprising thing was we mailed some to a client and UPS managed to throw it in a laundry machine or something cause they cleared the text off of 100 cards we had to redo.
