• Sleek and powerful design
  The Evolis Dualys 3 dual-sided printer's modern design and aesthetic curves hide an ultra-robust product. The Evolis Dualys printer has the ability to produce 125 full-color, two-sided cards/hour with precise image definition and quality. This is due to its state-of-the-art printhead and color profile driver tool that help you fine tune your colors so that they look as crisp on your card as they do on-screen.


• Intuitive user-interface
  The intuitive driver interface makes the Evolis Dualys printer as easy to install and user-friendly as your desktop printer. The Print Manager driver tool along with the four-light LED display guide you swiftly through your print jobs via on-screen prompts and notifications. In addition, the Dualys plastic card printer features a clamshell opening that allows easy and fast access to all printer functions, including ribbon installation and routine cleaning.


• Cost effective supplies
  The Evolis Dualys DUA301OCU is equipped with ribbon saver technology for monochrome (single-color resin) printing. With this system, you only use the ribbon length that corresponds to the length of the image to be printed. This feature allows you to double and even triple the capacity of your monochrome ribbons - reducing the cost of each card. A half panel color ribbon is also available for economical full-color printing, and when used properly, may be up to 42% less expensive than the standard color ribbon. It is the perfect solution to printing a color photograph or logo, and black text on a pre-printed card.

  Evolis is highly committed to the reliability of their card printers. So much so that they have equipped the Evolis Dualys with a leading three year warranty. And, that includes the printhead!


• Free eMedia beginner software
  eMedia Card Designer software is a free addition to the Dualys 3 that allows you to design and edit your badges. eMedia is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 98 SE, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP and Vista, and allows connection to Microsoft Excel for database management. It also provides a basic data import/export feature and supports magnetic encoding.


• Optional additional feeder cartridges and manual card feeder
  Additional Dualys3 card feeder cartridges allow you to stock different card backgrounds or card thicknesses - according to your needs - or to simply avoid stopping production by changing an empty feeder for a full one. A manual card feeder option is also available - providing the ability to feed your cards manually, one by one.


• Optional encoding
  The Dualys 3 is flexible in the way that it provides options for creating feature-rich cards with the use of magnetic stripe and smart card technologies - any of which can be seamlessly combined. (Add encoding options to your printer within the Options tab.)


• Optional Ethernet connectivity
