Magicard M9006-862 Custom HoloKote Key & Setup Description

The Magicard HoloKote Custom Key prints your custom graphic into the overlay panel during the normal card printing cycle, providing anti-counterfeit protection to your cards. HoloKote repeats your custom watermark in a frosted image that is invisible when viewed normally. When flexed or held at an angle in direct light, your custom HoloKote image is clearly visible.

Your custom image is encrypted and electronically stored on a Custom Key so that duplication of your image is not possible. The Custom Key is also available with a printer lock feature so that your Rio or Tango ID card printer can only be used when the key is in place.

Use Magicard HoloPatch cards along with HoloKote for an appearance similar to a holographic patch and add additional card security at an affordable price.

The difference between HoloKote and HoloKote FLEX. HoloKote uses a fixed 6x4 grid pattern that is repeated across the surface of your cards, whereas HoloKote FLEX allows you to specify the size and location of your custom watermark across the area of your cards.

• Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time.
• Printer lock feature is not applicable to first generation Rio and Tango printers.
• Orientation selection applies only to first generation Rio and Tango printers.
• Orientation for Rio 2, Rio 2e, Tango 2, Tango 2e and Tango +L printers can be freely selected in the printer driver.
