Tips For Laminating Your ID Cards With A Magicard Tango +L
Your Magicard Tango +L Duplex Printer and Laminator has the capability to laminate 10,000′s of cards, which is why it is good idea to spend some time and experiment, calibrate, and optimize the laminator settings. Even the slightest adjustment can make the difference between producing the best looking and most durable ID cards while maximizing the life of your printer and laminator. One of the main two reasons you should adjust the settings for your Magicard Tango +L card printer is that each brand of blank cards can differ between manufacturers.
The other reason you should optimize your Tango +L printer and laminator is that depending on which lamination film you use, each one has different unique properties that can affect how the film is applied to the card. You can determine how effective your Tango +L laminator is by printing and laminating an ID card using the default Profile and then bending the card after it has been printed and laminated. If the laminate remains attached to the card (even along the fold of the card) then your laminator is set at the optimal settings.
