Common PVC card sizes and dimensions:

CR79 PVC Cards: 3.303" x 2.051" (83.9mm x 51mm)
CR80 PVC Cards: 3.375" x 2.125" (85.6mm x 54mm) - this is the most common card size and is the standard size for credit cards
CR90 PVC Cards: 3.63" x 2.37" (92mm x 60mm)
CR100 PVC Cards: 3.88" x 2.63" (98.5mm x 67mm)

PVC Card Tips

Do not punch your PVC cards before you print! Using pre-punched PVC cards in your ID card printer is not recommended as they can cause damage to your printhead. If your PVC cards need a slot for attachment purposes, it is recommended to punch them after printing. ID Wholesaler offers a selection of slot punches for this purpose.
