What is Loaner Printer Coverage?

Loaner coverage provides you with a loaner printer in the event your printer needs to be sent to ID Wholesaler for repair. The loaner printer is yours to use while your own printer is being repaired; once repaired, your printer is sent back to you and the loaner printer is returned to ID Wholesaler.

What does this mean to you? In many cases, the standard printer manufacturer’s warranty covers the printer and printhead for 2 years (for example) but only includes 1 year of free loaner coverage. To help ensure that you won’t be without a printer and that your card printing will continue uninterrupted, ID Wholesaler offers a loaner printer coverage option for the years not covered by the manufacturer.

(Note that the printer manufacturers refer to this type of coverage differently, such as “Hot Swap” or “On-Call Express”. The different terms all refer to this same type of loaner printer program.)
