Asure ID Exchange Upgrade - Asure ID Express Trial to Exchange Description
You've tried the Asure ID Express ID card software and now you'd like to purchase the Asure ID Exchange ID card software. It's simple!
Upgrading to a full version of Asure ID Exchange is easy and only requires that you input a new serial number into Asure ID's licensing system. Follow the simple steps below to quickly and easily get your version of Asure ID Exchange working without any limitations.
Follow these easy steps for the Asure ID Exchange upgrade:
Step 1 - Get Your New Serial Number
Purchase your new serial number with ID Wholesaler. ID Wholesaler will then email you an activation serial number within two business days.
Step 2 - Activate Your New Serial Number
Launch your Asure ID software. Access the Help menu in either the Admin Center, Card Design Center or Data Entry Center modules and then select About.
Click the Upgrade button in the About Asure ID window, enter your new serial number and then click the OK button.
Step 3 - Register Your New Product
Close all open modules of the Asure ID software and then launch it again to register your new product.
When registering Asure ID Exchange you may choose from two types of registration - online registration and offline registration. Online registration is the easiest method, and if you have a connection to the Internet, it is strongly recommended that you choose this option.
Online Registration:
Selecting Online Registration will take you to a customer details page. Enter the required information, and then click the Register Now button. In a few seconds you will see a message stating that the registration has been successfully completed. Your software is now fully set up and ready to use.
Offline Registration:
If you have chosen offline registration, you will see a dialog box asking you to call 1-819-777-8229, as well as an area to enter an Installation ID (IID) number (supplied by HID Identity's customer registration team when you phone). Please call between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 AM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Web Registration:
If you are unable to register the Asure ID Exchange photo ID software using the online registration tools and are calling to register offline - outside of business hours, you may use the Register Offline function in conjunction with any computer that has Internet access, even if it is not the same computer running Asure ID.
Note: When ordering, please enter the serial number of your current Asure ID software copy in the field provided.
