Trade-In
Process
- Confirm trade-in rebate value and validity of
trade-in printer with your ID Wholesaler ID Specialist at (800) 321-4405.
- Purchase a qualifying printer.
- ID Wholesaler ID Specialist will ask for make,
model, serial number of current printer, and verify inclusion
of printhead and circuit board.
- ID Wholesaler ID Specialist will email an RMA
number and return-to address.
- You will ship trade-in printer—freight pre-paid—to destination indicated.
- NiSCA will inspect validity of trade-in printer.
- Once approved, your ID Wholesaler ID Specialist
will contact you to finalize trade-in rebate.
