Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition comes packaged with ID Flow card designer software to help you create professional-looking visitor passes and badges - easily and efficiently.

The Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition allows you to use nearly any Microsoft Windows-compatible plastic card or standard printer to design and issue PVC or paper badges of any size.

Robust tools to keep track of entries and exits. The Jolly Lobby Track Corporate Edition offers fast and easy registration-particularly when you use a scanner to scan a driver's license or government ID. Registration via scanning an ID allows for typo-free data entry because it automatically populates the database record with the registrant's information. Plus, photo and signature data can also be included.

You can check in and check out cardholders by simply scanning the barcode, magnetic stripe or proximity technology on their card. When a card has been successfully read, Lobby Track displays the cardholder's record. And with Jolly Lobby Track Corporate Edition's fully-functional database editor, you can freely add, delete and edit information.


Check-in and registration can be made even faster by employing unattended kiosk mode. Kiosk mode allows registrants to perform the process themselves - guided by intuitive, step-by-step instructions.

You can additionally set up alerts to be triggered via on-screen or email to notify users of an array of actions, including if a scheduled meeting has been changed.


Integrated card design software. Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition includes an integrated version of ID Flow card design software. Design your cards in minutes with easy-to-use templates, or create your own unique card layout.

Create one- or two-sided card designs by simply clicking on design elements to insert and position them on your card. Choose from elements such as text fields, shapes and images, barcodes, smart chips and magnetic stripes to get the look and information you need.


Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition allows you to import and edit your photos and images to your specifications. Improve, crop and auto remove the background of your photos easily. Insert them in your card design, or save them to a database or as a file. Photos can additionally be acquired from any Microsoft Windows TWAIN-, WIA- or VFW-compliant camera or scanner.


Similar to any professional image editing/creation software used today, Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition allows you to design your cards using layers. Layers can be stacked upon one another to create visual interest or a hard-to-replicate security feature, and can also help you better organize the design of your cards.


With the Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition, you can also configure your design objects and layers to print only if certain database conditions are met. With this powerful feature, the need for multiple card designs is eradicated. Instead, create one design and set its elements to print only when necessary for a particular card. For example, you can conditionally print different color bars depending on a user's access rights into secured areas.


Open database architecture for powerful record storage and usability. Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition is highly flexible because it uses an open data architecture. In a few clicks, you can create one or more live connections to your various databases. Link to your employee, visitor and contractor databases, and/or common databases such as Microsoft Access and Excel. Drag and drop record fields into place, change fonts and colors to your liking, rename fields, and more! With Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition, you can additionally create "smart" drop-down lists for fields that have limited options to ensure consistency and eliminate free-for-all entries. For example, create customized drop-down fields for selecting states, access levels, etc.

View, print and export detailed reports. Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition features several built-in reports (e.g., Who Is In / Evacuation, Cardholder History, Time & Attendance, etc.) based on information that has been logged. You may also set up your own custom logs and reports that can be saved and used again and again. All logs and reports are printable and exportable.

You can get a better visual grasp for what your data is saying using easy-to-read charts and graphs. Charts can be configured by time, date, location and cardholder group, and can be displayed via bar-, stacked- or line-graph form.


Protect your application and organization. With Jolly Lobby Track Enterprise Edition, you can set up password protection on your files to prevent unauthorized viewing or usage. You can also create user logins and set privileges to make data management and printing secure.
