The vertical Badge Buddy offers a safe, easy, and economical way to visually identify roles within your facility.

The Badge Buddy is fully laminated and attaches to any badge holder with the pre-slotted opening, allowing the bottom part to show below a vertical orientation photo ID or name badge.

Personalize with your own text, logo or graphic to promote your company brand, organization or message.

Note: These badges are useful for any organization required to be compliant with the Pennsylvania House Bill 1482 (2010), since it allows you to customize the exact job titles you will need.

  1. Select/enter information in the fields provided in the Configuration Options:
    1. Select applicable one-time setup fee
    2. Select to print on just the front or both sides.
    3. Enter customization instructions. This includes text you wish to add, in addition to your desired imprinting colors and any other special notes.
  2. Email custom artwork, logo and/or text to: sales@IDWholesaler.com.

    Please include your company name, contact information and artwork in .ai or .eps format, with all fonts converted to OUTLINES. Formats also accepted are: .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .psd and .gif with a minimum of 150 DPI, in addition to Corel Draw, PageMaker and QuarkXpress files.

    Please specify the name and type of file(s) being sent.
  3. Our custom badge specialists will contact you to verify your custom order, email you the design proof and answer any final questions you may have.
  4. Lead time is 2-4 weeks after proof acceptance. Note: We reserve the right to ship +/- %5 on custom orders.
