Shipping & Returns

We stock what we sell, so you get prompt delivery of your products. Plus we offer a free shipping option for $100+ orders!
Have you ordered an incorrect item or are you having problems with something you purchased? No problem! We’re here to help. Contact your Account Manager at (800) 321-4405. Be sure to have your order number and company name available. We’ll need these to arrange your return or exchange. Learn more about our return policy.

ID Wholesaler Shipping Policy

Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, we are able to ship 90% of orders within 24 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded) pending credit card verification. Once orders have shipped from IDWholesaler.com, you may use the tracking number we email you (typically within 24 hours of product shipment) to track your order progress by visiting our Order Tracking page (you must log in to your ID Wholesaler account to track an order). Or, track your order directly through UPS using the tracking number provided.

Free Shipping on $100+ Orders Terms

Free shipping is available for single orders of $100 (excluding sales tax) or more that are shipped to contiguous (mainland) US addresses. UPS Ground shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods.

Need it Faster?

Expedited shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require our standard 24 hour order processing time.

APO, FPO, & PO Box Addresses

Due to fraud associated with APO, FPO, and PO box addresses, we have special requirements. We may require payment via bank wire to process orders using APO/FPO. We cannot ship to PO boxes; please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address, either home or business. We apologize and thank you in advance for your understanding.


ID Wholesaler Return Policy

Unopened/Unused Items

We want you to be happy with your product!  If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:

  • Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
  • Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
  • Products must be shipped back to ID Wholesaler freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to ID Wholesaler).
  • 3rd party shipping charges (UPS, FedEx, etc) are non-refundable

If you need to return a product, please contact customer service at (800) 321-4405 x3 to arrange for an RMA (return merchandise authorization).  We will be happy to assist you with your return and help you find a replacement product that fulfills your needs.

Opened Items

We are unable to accept the return of the following items without a pre-authorization from ID Wholesaler:

  • Open or used printers
  • Open or used cameras
  • Software
  • Opened or used media such as cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits
  • Custom-printed or custom-programmed products, including but not limited to custom lanyards, custom badge reels, custom TempBadge products, and programmed technology cards
  • Special order items

Defective Merchandise (DOA)

If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact the ID Wholesaler Technical Support Team to arrange for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible.

Return Procedures and Guidelines

  1. Contact your Account Manager for an ID Wholesaler RMA number within 30 days of receipt of product.
  2. All returned packages and merchandise must be shipped to the following address, unless authorized by ID Wholesaler.
  3. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the return shipping address label:ID Wholesaler
    Attn: RMA # _________

    Miami, FL 33169Please note that items returned to any other address will be subject to an additional shipping fee and/or surcharge. And for your safety, please use UPS/FedEx/DHL or another insured carrier that offers tracking capability.
  4. Products must be shipped back freight prepaid (customer pays for shipping back to ID Wholesaler).
  5. Items must be received by ID Wholesaler within 15 days of issuance of RMA.
  6. All original packaging, instructions, etc. must be returned unmarked and undamaged.
  7. Product must be ‘like new’ and factory sealed.
  8. ID Wholesaler cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
  9. Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
  10. Credit will be issued to the original credit card or account holder after inspection by ID Wholesaler. We do not give credit for shipping on the original order.
  11. ID Wholesaler may amend the return policy guidelines at anytime.
