I've been helping customers with their ID card printer and supplies orders for
more than four years. One question I get relatively often is "When will my ID Wholesaler order arrive?”
My response typically includes returning their question with another question: "When do you
need your order to arrive?"
We always do our very best to ship orders as soon as we can. When items are in stock, our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. There are a few variables that can impact this timeframe, however, including the following:
- If a new customer places a $1,000+ order with a credit card, the credit card verification process can take 1-2 business days.
- If a new customer places an order with a purchase order (PO), the credit review process can take 7-10 business days.
- Payments made by check will be held for 10 days before processing the order.
- If an order comes in after 12pm, it may not be processed until the following business day or the day after.
By planning accordingly when placing your order, you can better ensure it arrives when you need it.
Although we do offer expedited shipping – including three-day, two-day, or next-day delivery – it is available for an extra fee. But if you plan ahead, you can take advantage of our
free UPS Ground shipping option that's available for all orders of $100 or more – every day!
