The EDIsecure DIK10532 ILM-DS dual-sided lamination unit is the newest model of inline laminating units for the EDIsecure DCP 360+ and XID 93XX retransfer printers. The ILM-DS can easily be added to your printer in the field using the included mounting bracket and cable.
The EDIsecure DIK10532 ILM-DS uses a unique "portrait mode" technique that allows the ILM-DS to laminate with speeds as fast as 16 seconds per card. The DIK10532 is compatable with a large variety of laminates, including patch laminates of various sizes and thickness, custom designs and holographic laminates. Laminates allow you to increase the durability of your cards and increase the security of your ID card program.
The DIK10532 ILM-DS utilizes a front panel mounted LCD and controls. The controls and screen allow you to adjust the laminating parameters (speed & temperatuer) of the laminator to find the perfect settings for your laminate and card type. The media is easy to change because of its user-friendly front loading system. The DIK10532 uses a replacable cartridge to make media changes quick and easy.
