CUST-2120-4101 heavy duty ski and sport custom badge reels feature a hard plastic case that is customized with your design and includes two fittings. A lobster-claw fitting on one end attaches easily to a zipper, and the metal swivel hook fitting on the other is perfect for attaching an annual ski or sport pass.

The reel also features a heavy-duty nylon cord that is built to withstand up to 50,000 pulls without fraying.

Cust-2120-4101 custom heavy duty ski and sport badge reels may be personalized with a domed custom-printed label. Create your custom design featuring 1 to 6 colors for a flat set-up fee.

Cust-2120-4101 ski and sport reels are also known as part number Cust-750-I-BLK.

Product - How To OrderCustom Badge Reel Ordering Process
  1. Select or enter information in the fields provided in the Options tab:

    • You may include instruction for your specific customization, including the text you wish to add or whether you'll be providing an artwork file of a logo or other design, your desired custom printing colors, and any other special notes. View a PMS color chart for color options, or list your own PMS color.

  2. Prepare your artwork file. Please see the Artwork Requirements document for the file types and format accepted.

  3. Email all needed information for your custom order to your account manager or to sales@IDWholesaler.com, including:

    • Your artwork file
    • The name of the file
    • Please specify the file type also

  4. Your account manager will contact you to verify your order and answer any final questions you may have.

  5. You will receive a proof for approval before printing begins.

  6. Lead time is 2-4 weeks after proof acceptance.

    Note: We reserve the right to ship +/- 5% on custom orders.
