The rf IDEAS pcProx® RDR-7581AKU Enroll smart card reader is ideal for those looking to leverage existing contactless smart card use beyond building access control. The RDR-7581AKU reader is compatible with most 13.56 MHz contactless smart cards, providing error-free identification.
The pcProx® Enroll RDR-7581AKU reader doesn't require software and is truly plug-and-play. It also features embedded configurable flash memory, making it easy to integrate with most applications, operating systems, and embedded controllers.
When used as an ID badge reader or tester, the RDR-7581AKU reader emulates a keyboard by keystroking the card's ID code and/or site code to the cursor's location on the screen. Additionally, it can be configured to edit ID information by adding keystrokes before and after the card code data.
Optional Mounting Bracket
The RDR-7581AKU offers an easy-to-install, inexpensive mounting kit option. The kit allows you to adjust the angle of the reader to fit your specific needs. The mounting kit includes:
