Lobby Track Intro Edition ID card software is ideal for organizations who are seeking a centralized data management package for multiple users and/or locations. Jolly's Lobby Track Intro edition is the logical choice when open database connectivity (ODBC) is required, along with the flexibility to customize your data entry screen the way you want it.

• Easy-to-use visitor and member registration.
  Jolly Lobby Track 8 offers fast and easy registration, particularly when you use a scanner to scan a driver's license or government. Registration via scanning an ID allows for typo-free data entry because it automatically populates the database record with the registrant's information. Plus, photo and signature data can also be included.
  
  You also can check in and checkout cardholders by simply scanning the barcode, magstripe or proximity technology on their card. When a card has been successfully read, Lobby Track Intro displays the cardholder's record. Additionally, with the database editor, you can freely add, delete, and edit information.


• Intuitive card design tools.
  Create professional-looking credentials with the built-in Card Designer Center. It provides a step-by-step wizard and an extensive design template library to help you get started on your card design. Create one- or two-sided card designs by simply clicking on design elements to insert and position them on your card. Choose form elements such as text and database fields, shapes, images, and barcodes and magnetic stripes to get the look and information you need. It uses design layers to help you better organize the card design, stack objects, and conditionally print elements. You can configure design objects and layers to print only if certain database conditions are met. With this, the need for multiple card templates is eliminated. Instead, create one template and set its elements to only print when necessary. For example, conditionally print a different color bar depending on the department a user works in.
