Installation Support
Remote phone support for Temperature Screening Kiosk install, setup, and training. Training will cover hardware assembly, unit activation, standard start-up setting configuration, and unit operation. Up to 60 minutes of remote support for 1 unit. 30 Minutes for fully assembled kiosks, up to 60 minutes for kiosks requiring assembly.
Out of Scope:
Requires endusers to have pre-defined workplace installation site with electrical access, phone connectivity, and workplace policies for unit's workflow settings. This does not include calibration or remote software installation or training.
Included with Standard Support:
Limited phone support for basic questions for a limited amount of time. If the call goes beyond a few minutes (10 minute max), you will be required to submit a service ticket.
