Qualifying Trade-In Printers

Trade in any card printer in a similar class as the new NiSCA printer you’re purchasing. Final determination of qualifying printers is at the sole discretion of NiSCA.

Program Details

Trade in your current card printer and receive a rebate when you purchase a new NiSCA printer or complete system.

Details of Offer 

1. Confirm trade-in rebate value and validity of trade-in printer with your ID Wholesaler account manager at (800) 321-4405.
2. Purchase a qualifying NiSCA printer or complete system between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
3. Your ID Wholesaler account manager will ask for make, model and serial number of your current printer, and verify inclusion of printhead and circuit board.
4. Your ID Wholesaler account manager will email an RMA number and return-to address.
5. Ship your old card printer—freight pre-paid—to the NiSCA destination indicated.
6. NiSCA will inspect the validity of your trade-in printer.
7. Once approved, your ID Wholesaler account manager will contact you to finalize your trade-in rebate.

Trade-In printers must be returned to Team NiSCA (Kanematsu USA) for examination to determine credit eligibility. Returned printers must be functional and must include print head and all circuit boards. Team NiSCA holds sole responsibility in determining eligibility.
