Why Choose a Magicard Pronto System?
Our Magicard Pronto systems provide everything you need to quickly and easily get your card printing program up and running. While the Magicard Pronto ID card printer can be purchased as a stand-alone piece of equipment, the printer itself will not ship with all of the additional printing supplies needed to begin producing IDs.
Our bundled Magicard Pronto systems contain supplies and equipment hand-selected by our ID Professionals that seamlessly work together. In addition to a Magicard Pronto printer, these systems include ID software, a printer ribbon, photo ID camera, and blank cards. Before submitting your order, you can customize your system to include a different card type, additional printer features, a more advanced ID camera or ID software, extended warranty and/or loaner coverage, and more.

What is HoloKote Technology?
HoloKote is an exclusive feature available only from Magicard. It allows you to print a watermark on your cards with your Magicard Pronto ID system without any added costs. The watermark is printed during the normal card printing cycle using the O panel of a standard color ribbon; there is no need to purchase expensive holographic lamination! The HoloKote watermark becomes visible when the card is viewed at an angle and can be easily enabled or disabled in your printer driver.
When using the HoloKote option in the Pronto printer, one of the four following standard patterns is printed repeatedly across your card: waves, keys, globes, or interlocking squares. When HoloKote is used along with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one area of the watermark becomes a high-visibility security seal with an appearance similar to a holographic patch, at a fraction of the cost.
