Asure ID is a popular software title for creating and designing your ideal ID card. There are four levels of the software with different capabilities. Here are some basic differences to help you determine which level is best suited to your needs: Solo: Entry level, basic card design
  • Limited to 8 data fields
  • Limited to storing only 200 card records
  • Limited to 5 different design templates
  • No importing of database
  • No batch printing capabilities
Express: Mid-professional level (This level is what most companies/ organizations need!)
  • Unlimited database (this allows for quick and easy reprints!)
  • Unlimited data fields
  • Unlimited template designs
  • Import your existing database of employee names and information (Microsoft Excel file/CSV)
  • Batch printing (print a handful or large group of cards at once!)
  • Add 2D barcodes or signatures
  • Create customized reports
  • Password protection and definable user privileges
Enterprise: All the capabilities of Express plus:
  • Networkable capabilities + additional site licenses for multiple location and user access
  • Microsoft SQL server connectivity
  • ODBC/OLE Database export capabilities
Exchange: All the capabilities of Enterprise plus:
  • MySQL connectivity
  • Contact/Contactless SmartCard encoding
