You may find that after talking with Tech Support, you’re able to address or fix the issue on your own. On the other hand, if your printer needs to be sent in for review and diagnostics, we will perform a printer evaluation before any work is completed on your printer.

Tech Support Team performs may be subject to a small fee if the printer was not purchased at ID Wholesaler and/or the printer is not covered by a warranty.
After a repair estimate has been approved, our factory-trained, manufacturer-authorized technicians get to work on your printer. Unlike most ID card printer retailers, ID Wholesaler does not send the printers to the manufacturer for repair. All work is done in-house to ensure your repairs are completed quickly and efficiently. While some card printer issues can be easily repaired, others require hours of labor and new parts...which can be quite costly. If your printer repair estimate is higher than expected and/or your printer is not covered by a warranty, you may consider purchasing a new printer rather than having your existing card printer repaired. Sometimes it’s more cost effective to start new.
Consider an ID card printer upgrade or trade-in. Both options allow you to purchase a new printer for a lower cost than what a major repair may cost.
