first printer on the market to feature built-in visual security, Magicard's Helix printers are equipped to apply a secure watermark to cards during the printing process, delivering reliable and heightened card security in a single pass.
Unlike its Magicard predecessors that provided four to six watermark design options, the new Helix ID card printer offers 10 unique watermark designs to choose from, along with the option of custom Holokote designs for an even higher level of visual security.
Available in both single-sided and dual-sided printing capacities, the Helix Uno (single-sided) and Duo (dual-sided) printers are covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
Additionally, all Helix models have standard built-in USB and Ethernet connectivity, allowing you to operate your card printing application safely and seamlessly in a stand-alone environment or over your network.
Another new enhancement includes the intuitive touch screen interface. First to market with this user-friendly function, the visual indicators on the touch screen display printer connectivity status, temperature, and the remaining number of prints on all printer supplies.
