You'll notice that our website has two sections where you can find ID card printers: ID card printers and photo ID systems.
Which section you look in depends on this question: Will you be printing ID cards for the first time or are you simply replacing your current printer? If you will be printing ID cards for the first time, you will want to start in the Photo ID Systems section of our website. Here, we have the printers bundled with the supplies you need to get started, such as ID card software, ribbon, cards, camera, etc.
Please note that the default items in our bundled systems are the bare bones or starting place for what you need to get started. For example, most of our printer bundles include Asure ID Solo software for designing and printing your cards. This is an entry level program that is limited in its functionality. Another example would be the camera that is included in the bundles, the Credential Cam. It works great, however like most webcams the picture quality may not be what you are expecting.
Take a look at the Options tab within the printer bundle product detail pages. Here, you can upgrade the included items such as the ID card software, the camera, cards, etc. The additional charge is simply the price difference between the bundled item and the item you are upgrading to.
