ID Wholesaler is an authorized service center for all of the card printers we sell. We offer depot-level service during the manufacturer’s standard warranty period. We also sell extended warranties. If during the warranty period your printer has a mechanical issue, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and have it brought back in for repair; once it is repaired, your printer will be shipped back to you.
This brings up a very important point: save the original box and packaging that your printer came in. The only guarantee that the printer will make it safe to ID Wholesaler for repair and then safely back out to you, is if it is shipped with its original factory packaging.
There’s a very good chance that the printer will sustain damage if it is returned in a non-factory box. And, if that’s not bad enough, such damage might actually VOID the factory warranty.
