TIMEbadge K6151-6032 Thermal Printable Expiring Badge Kits - One Day - Qty. 1000 - DISCONTINUED

The TEMPbadge K6103-6032 TIMEbadge expiring badge kits are a great way to introduce an extra level of badge security for your visitors program. These TEMPbadge expiring badge kits expire slowly throughout a 1 day period. Starting off with a white background, as time progresses a series of red diagnal stripes slowly start to appear through the front of the badge.

The kit consists of 1000 thermal printable FRONTparts & 1000 BACKparts. Each front part is 1.9375'' x 2.8125''. Being thermal printable, they are a speedy option for high traffic applications. The back parts included in the kit are an adhesive backed badge that measures 2'' x 3'' for easy clothing attachment.

To start the expiration process the frontparts are removed from their backing and attach to the backparts. After 8-12 hours the red stripes will start to show through the front of the badge and after 24 hours the process should be completed. It is worth noting that the extreme temperatures can effect the expiration process. Heat can speed the color change up and cold may slow it down.

Thermal printable TEMPBadges can be printed on using any standard thermal label printer that accepts labels the horizontal width of your badges such as the extremely popular Zebra GC420d or inexpensive Dymo LabelWriter 450.
